Spool No.72 Warehouse Before & After

Hey Guys! This is Tara from Spool No.72. We've been getting lots of questions lately about our renovated warehouse and we are so excited to show you around. We purchased our warehouse in December of 2014 and began renovations in January 2015. Not the best time of year to start renovations for a clothing store, but this building was a treasure that we could not pass on. Our warehouse... technically is called a quonset hut for the round shape, was originally The Ellensburg Tire Store in the 50's. The interior of the building has gorgeous arched ceilings and a modern vibe, but was in pretty bad shape. We began gutting the entire interior down to the studs. A space design was formed and separate areas for our inventory, a packaging area, photo area, office, bathroom, and kitchen was all divided. The entire exterior of the building was stripped and replaced with gorgeous cedar board & batten that we stained black. We actually got quite a few complaints from neighbors about the color... not to common of an exterior color for this area. New windows, a fence, and landscaping was added in the front and a modern glass garage door was installed for deliveries and pick-ups. More photos to come of the finished interior.
From the original MLS listing... such potential!
Original arched ceiling and windows.
Coffee Break!
Yuck! Gutting the interior.
