Spool No.72, LLC ("Spool No.72" or "We" or "we" or “Us” or “us” or “Our” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience for all of our subscribers and users. We strive to offer our highest service to all of our users. I. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Personal Information. We collect personally identifiable data, such as names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, demographic information, and similar data in a variety of situations, including but not limited to the following: (i) when you register at one of our web sites in connection with the purchase of a product or (ii) when you enter personal information on one of our web sites as a condition of participating in contests, promotions, or sweepstakes offered via these web sites. Our sites may collect credit card and related financial information if you wish to purchase a product or service offered via these sites. Automatically Collected Information. Our web sites collect certain data automatically, such as your browser type, IP address, referring website address, domain name, and access times. See Sections IV and V of this Privacy Policy for more details on web beacons, cookies, and other data collected automatically by our web sites.  We use the Pinterest tag, a conversion tracking pixel, to give us detailed customer insights on what our customers are pinning, sharing, or purchasing. 

We use the personal information you provide to allow you to make product purchases, to fulfill your requests, improve our products and services, to send you promotional offers related to Spool No.72 or our business partners, and to operate our business. A user may, at any time, opt out of receiving promotional offers by e-mail. Your personal information is shared by us only as described below. Sharing Within the Spool No.72 Family. We may share your personal information with any parent company, subsidiary, or affiliate in the Spool No.72 family. All entities within the Spool No.72 family may have access to your personal information. All entities with the Spool No.72 family may have access to other data such as anonymous, aggregate demographic data. Lead Purchasers. Spool No.72 may decide to share your personal data with third parties who purchase leads from Spool No.72 such as fashion related dealers or vendors. Spool No.72’s Service Providers. Spool No.72 may decide to share your personal information with companies that work on behalf of or with Spool No.72, LLC These companies may use your personal information to inform you about Spool No.72’s products and services, to provide you with information about other services or products, or otherwise to assist Spool No.72 in providing services to its customers, understanding its consumer market, or creating marketing strategies to reach a larger customer base.

Participating Vendors. Some of our sites offer the ability to make online purchases from promotional participating vendors. On sites with opportunities to purchase online for services and products, we will also give participating vendors pertinent order information and authorization for the merchant bank. Any time an order is placed from a participating vendor, that vendor will automatically have all the pertinent information related to that order. Participating vendors may use the information to suggest you of other products and services that they provide. Third Party Payment Services; Credit Card Companies; Third Party Promotional Sites. With most transactions, your credit card company will have all pertinent order information about the vendor, item(s) and quantities purchased, detailed invoice of cost, and date. Spool No.72 will not otherwise provide any personal data to your credit card company. In some cases, we use well known third party transaction and payment services to facilitate your transactions and process your orders. In such cases, we will share your personal and credit card information with the third party payment services solely for the purpose of completing the transaction or processing your order. In some cases, we will share your personal information and credit card information with third parties who may offer you a gift or promotional offer as a result of your purchase to a Spool No.72 product or service.

Order Fulfillment Partners. Some of our web sites may facilitate transactions between a third party and you. To facilitate this, we share and collect additional pertinent personal information, such as credit information, so such third parties can provide the service or product you request. As our order fulfillment partners may use and keep your information whether or not you purchase their products or use their services, your personal information and other data will be subject to the third party privacy policies.

IV. HOW DO WE UTILIZE WEB ANALYTICS, WEB BEACONS, COOKIES, AND OTHER BEHAVIORAL MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES?

A number of technologies exist to monitor and analyze consumer behavior both on and off line. Spool No.72 employs a wide array of these technologies, including web beacons, web analytics techniques, and other behavior analysis and marketing technologies, to analyze consumer behavior and to understand how we can improve our customer experience. Many of these technologies are provided to Spool No.72 via third party partners specializing in consumer behavioral marketing. In the process of using these behavioral marketing technologies, we automatically collect non-personal data and information from you, including but not limited to the following types of data and information: Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address, login; computer and internet connection information such as browser type and related browser data, data speed, Operating System; content viewed; and purchase order history, which may be combined and assembled with other data for analytic purposes.

Our web pages, promotional e-mail messages, blog images, social media platform images, and/or newsletters may contain electronic images known as web beacons, which are also known as single-pixel gif images. Web beacons are not used to access your personally identifiable information. Rather, they are a tool we use to compile and analyze statistics about the behavioral usage of our web sites and to track and analyze behavioral use of our promotional e-mail messages. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including the time and date of a page view, a brief description of the page on which the web beacon resides, and a cookie number.

V. WHAT ABOUT OTHER THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS?

Unlike cookies and web beacons used by Spool No.72 in content it controls on its web sites, we do not have access to information collected by cookies or web beacons received with banner ads.
